Community Neighbors
When you request a coach, our team will connect you with a trained, certified Pollinator Coach from your community. Together, you and your Pollinator Coach will take a walk around your yard and discuss what projects you have in mind, what could be possible, what aspects of pollinator support you’re already doing right, and provide you with resources to help you find success in your pollinator friendly gardening choices on any budget and at any scale.
Anyone looking to making pollinator friendly gardening choices is welcome to request a Pollinator Coach. Whether you own, rent, have an HOA, or live in an apartment; there’s Small Good that can be done.

Pollinator Coaches
Our team of Pollinator Coaches is comprised of a decentralized volunteer team that directly serves the communities they live in. Wherever you are throughout Minnesota, you can volunteer as a certified Pollinator Coach. Our team of trainers travel throughout the state to provide industry-leading trainings on realistic pollinator friendly gardening choices, how to implement these projects in a DIY manner, and the expansive world of pollinators and native plants.
We offer private and community-based certification classes to fit every schedule.
Private Certification Classes start at $300 and have a minimum group size of 5 people.
Community-Based Certification Classes are hosted at local public libraries. These class locations rotate based on demand and are $75 / person.
